Check below to see some of our frequently asked questions.
There are three ways to purchase a ticket for one of our events:
Our Official Ticketing Partners:
On occasions, we also use affiliate websites such as Ents24 and Unidays. These are powered by one of our official ticket agents listed above who will facilitate the sale. From time to time we also use voucher websites such as Groupon and Itison. These websites will provide you with a voucher which you will be expected to exchange for a wristband on the day of the show.
When purchasing your ticket you will pay a face value for the ticket, plus a booking fee, or administration fee. You may also be charged a postage fee which can vary depending on the type of delivery. Booking fees are often charged per ticket, postage fees per transaction/order.
It’s likely that when looking to purchase a ticket for an event you will find tickets advertised on a ticket resale site.
We have no control over the sale of these tickets – they may be stolen, counterfeit, or in some instances the ticket never existed in the first place. In some instances, these tickets are genuine, however we cannot guarantee this as we are unable to access any order information held by these resale sites. Therefore, you may be refused entry at the event.
These resale sites spend a lot of money on advertising on internet search engines and therefore it is often the case that they are top of the search results when looking for event tickets. Examples of such sites can be found below.
The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR) is the self-regulatory body for the entertainment ticketing industry in the UK. STAR offers general advice and information on ticket buying and provides an approved dispute resolution service for customers who have an unresolved problem with their purchase from a STAR member.
STAR offer consumer advice on how to make sure your ticket buying experience is safe and straightforward. For more help and advice visit their website here: https://www.star.org.uk/
If you are still unsure about the validity of a ticket agent or your tickets, then please contact us and we will assist as much as possible.
Generally, the only difference is how close you will be to the stage.
The Gold area is usually closest and gains you premium viewing immediately adjacent to the stage. Other tickets – Silver, Bronze, GA – gives you enhanced viewing with immediate proximity to the section in front. Silver is behind Gold, Bronze is behind Silver, and so on.
For some events, various add ons and packages may be available. These can range from Early Entry tickets, Car Park tickets and VIP packages – occasionally some of these offer an entry ticket for a section directly in front of the Gold area. Please check our website for ticket details.
Accessible tickets are available for each outdoor event and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.
These will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Buying a ticket will allow you access to our accessible viewing area, and you can request a free Personal Assistant ticket if required. Further details, and contact information, can be found on the event pages or in our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any specific requirements regarding accessible provision then please contact us at least one month prior to that specific event, and where possible we will make reasonable adjustments to ensure your enjoyment of our events.
Disabled toilets are provided on site. The viewing areas have limited capacity and are reserved for access customers plus 1 Personal Assistant only.
Please note that most of our events are held in outdoor venues, without hard flooring. The ground may be grassy, muddy and uneven.
Unfortunately, we are not a ticket agent and therefore we have no access to your order information.
If you have any issues or queries relating to your order, for instance order errors, mistakes in your address or ticket delivery information, please contact the original ticket agent from whom you booked and purchased your ticket.
If parking is available at an event, this information will be listed on the event page on our website and will provide details on where to buy tickets.
Sometimes, we are still organising parking when events go on sale so please keep an eye on our website and social media just in case tickets become available at a later date.
Where possible, we try and organise shuttle buses and/or Park and Ride facilities.Information will be provided on our website where applicable.
For all events, we ask that you plan your travel in advance, and are mindful of the audience size and venue surroundings/local area. At peak times, queueing is to be expected, but we have fully approved Traffic Management plans in place to try and alleviate this as much as possible.
Further information will be provided in event communications which are sent out to all ticket holders in the week prior to the event.

Gate times vary between shows, so please check the specific event page on our website. The same goes for finish times, although we normally have a curfew of 11pm. These times are subject to change, and we will contact all ticket holders with new information, as well as posting on social media.
We do not release set times as they are subject to change. The support artists are chosen on their relevance to the headline acts - your favourite headline was once a support act too! We would love you to enjoy these artists as much as we do - you never know, you might find a new favourite band!
