Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Liz Hobbs Group and associated companies, including, but not limited to, LHG Events and Grandslam Live Ltd. ("LHG") reserves the right to alter or vary the programme and/or ticket process due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled, or postponed, or there is a material change to the event. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in our opinion, makes the event materially different to the event that any purchaser of a ticket could reasonably expect. A change to the artists performing at the event shall not be a material change. Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. LHG Live will not be liable for the payment or any compensation of personal expenses related to the event.

This event may be filmed and/or photographed. Attendance at our events affirms your consent to be used as a member of the event audience.

Please follow the instructions of the venue and event staff. LHG reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue at their discretion. Guests that cause a disturbance to others or fail to follow the instructions of the event staff may be removed from the event without refund.

All attendees require a valid ticket and/or wristband to gain entry. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

You may only leave and re-enter the venue during the event at the discretion of the event organiser or that of the venue management, with an appropriate pass-out. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass outs of any kind.

The event venue operators, organisers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, nor accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in, or outside, the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason, unless through the gross negligence of the offending party.

Guests are responsible for the security of all personal belongings.

Any prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry.

No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event - there will be various food outlets available offering a variety of food options to suit most dietary requirements. Empty plastic or reusable bottles sized 500ml or less will be permitted for refilling. Glass containers are prohibited (including perfume and aftershave).

Any form of chair including deckchairs, camping chairs, folding chairs, gazebos, picnic blankets and tents are prohibited. Guests who have difficulty standing for long periods of time should consider this when purchasing a ticket.

No illegal substances can be brought into the site - anyone caught with illegal substance(s) will have their ticket made invalid and be reported to the relevant authorities, no refunds will be given.

Umbrellas are permitted on site; however, they must be taken down during the show.

No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.

Warning – Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please note that pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may take place during some performances.

All outdoor events are standing, unless otherwise stated. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.

Coronavirus Considerations

The concert will take place subject to appropriate Government guidelines. The Organisers, Venue and Artist reserve the right to insist attendees comply with any entry requirements (including by way of example, a requirement to present proof of vaccination or a negative test result) to ensure all concertgoers, staff and crew are able to attend the concert in a safe and secure environment. Any entry requirements will be issued 14 days before the concert.

Accessible Tickets

It is our intention that our events are fully accessible for all. If you have any specific requirements regarding accessible provision, then please make us aware at least one month prior to the individual show being attended. Where possible we will make all reasonable adjustments to ensure your enjoyment of our events.

Tickets - Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note before buying tickets it's extremely important to double check all details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead.

All tickets purchased must be used by the ticket buyer and may be asked to produce proof of identity to enter the event. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in refusal of entry.

By purchasing a ticket, you, and all persons accompanying you agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.

LHG hold the right to change these terms and conditions.

Competitions Terms & Conditions 

The prize is for the winner only and cannot be donated to any third party. Should the Event Organiser find that tickets have been sold/donated to a third party, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry

Tickets will be available for collection at the box office on the day of the concert

Winners must bring proof of winning and ID to claim their tickets

Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other show, or for any other monetary equivalent

In the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled, the prize becomes null and void and cannot be exchanged for an alternative event

The Event Organiser reserves the right to exchange the prize at any time pursuant to any changes to the event format.

How do we collect information?

LHG collects information when you directly give it to us (“Directly Provided Data”) or when you give us permission to obtain from other accounts (“User Authorised Data”)

We may collect data from you at a number of different points across the Site, and through the events we run including:

  • entering into competitions;
  • registering to receive or download information or documentation; or
  • purchasing goods or services from us, including all ticketing transactions made through any ticket agent.

Any tickets purchased via LHGtickets.com will be sold via Ticketmaster. On occasions other third party ticket agents may be used including Eventbrite.

LHG may also collect your data via SMS campaigns and competitions. When you enter any competitions you must provide marketing consent for any future marketing opportunities.

How long do we keep your data for?

LHG will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. We will hold onto the information you provide either while your account is in existence, or as needed to be able to provide the services to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Care team) for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only.

If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Collection and Management of Information

This Site is hosted on behalf of Liz Hobbs Group (“LHG”) in the UK by Root Studio of The Terrace, Grantham Street, Lincoln, LN2 1BD (“Root Studio”). As a result Root Studio may have access to and process the information that you provide to us on the Site.

Any data collected via the LHG website(s) will be accessible by the Site administrators, including Root Studio.
